I speak to the person responsible for the workshop and he tells me that there are other vehicles in front to carry out the service! My indignation is, why do they make us take the vehicle to park it, when we could be using it, they should only call us when they actually want to move the vehicle! Here it will be another waste of my time to vent because the insurance company does nothing about these types of problems that occur in these workshops accredited by them! What's left for me is to wait and use a car borrowed from a relative or even cars via apps! and in the future change insurers but first research their accredited workshops and their market ratings!
They want to breach the contract by using a reconditioned part in my vehicle. Since 08/05/2022, my vehicle has been in a workshop recommended by Bradesco Seguros, they can't find any parts and they don't want to compensate the vehicle. When it comes to paying for many years of insurance, they don’t complain about anything. When it comes to ensuring what we pay for and are entitled to...they don't comply. IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT, AND I AM ALONE, AND IN ALL THE PHONE CALLS, I WAS CLEAR REGARDING THAT I WAS ALONE AT THE ACCIDENT SITE!!! UNJUSTIFIABLE FACT! BECAUSE IT WAS INSIDE CAPITAL!!!
